This work presents a technical, economic and environmental analysis of the current scenario of an effluent generated in a sports club located in the city of São Paulo. Its current sewage treatment system was analyzed and, knowing the infrastructure available for it, the results obtained from water and effluent samples submitted to laboratory tests performed at the club's facility were interpreted through technical analysis reports from the club effluent carried out in 2017. The emission of an effluent from a place or establishment for disposal to the environment is considered satisfactory when it meets the parameters of Decree No. 8,468, of September 1976 - Art. 19 A, which deal with the effluent emission standards for launch in the public sewer system (SABESP). Through a literature review on types of effluent treatment available in Brazil this work presents, through a case study, suggestions for technical, environmental and economic improvements related to the operation and installation of effluent treatment in the club in question using Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) for effluent treatment. The main technical advantages are the reduced use of physical area for this process and the satisfactory efficiency of BOD removal (biochemical oxygen demand) that contributes to the reduction of contaminants in the effluent when returned to the environment. As a conclusion, the elaborated study presented possibilities of continuity after the built treatment station, through a monitoring to analyze its eco-efficiency related to the reuse of water.Item Ambiente, relações de trabalho e psicopatologias: estudo da saúde do trabalhador = environment, labor relations and psychopathologies: study of occupational health(Universidade Camilo Castelo Branco, 2014) Pereira, André Marcelo Lima; Lima, Leonice Domingos dos Santos CintraItem Análise da acuidade auditiva em altas frequências e microbiológica dos plugs de ouvido em adolescentes.(Universidade Brasil, 2017) Giacheto, Fabiana Regina Sabion; Kozusny-Andreani, Dora InésItem Análise da constitucionalidade da regularização fundiária urbana de interesse social no entorno de reservatórios artificiais = analysis of the constitutionality of urban landholding regularization of social interest around artificial reservoir(Universidade Brasil, 2019) Rodrigues, Rodrigo de Abreu; Castro, Cristina Veloso deItem Análise da gestão e do gerenciamento dos resíduos sólidos dos serviços de saúde de um hospital escola do Noroeste Paulista = analysis of management and solid waste management health services of a teaching hospital of Northwest Paulista(Universidade Camilo Castelo Branco, 2013) Aquino, Rafael Guerra de; Sanches, Andréa CristianeItem Análise da ocupação de loteamentos regulares no Estado de São Paulo antes da licença de operação.(Universidade Brasil, 2017) Carrijo, Adriano José; Frias, Danila Fernanda RodriguesItem Análise da produtividade agropecuária do município de Gurinhatã - MG = agricultural productivity analysis of the county of Gurinhatã - MG(Universidade Camilo Castelo Branco, 2013) Santos, Duílio Júlio Oliveira; Andreani Júnior, RobertoItem Análise das ilhas de calor urbano no município de Votuporanga - SP = analysis of heat islands in the municipality of Votuporanga-SP(Universidade Brasil, 2019) Bertolozzi, Rodrigo; Vanzela, Luiz SergioItem Análise dos benefícios do licenciamento ambiental municipal em Limeira do Oeste – MG(Universidade Brasil, 2021) Lorena, Rodrigo Barbosa; Tagliaferro, Evandro RobertoThe growing concern with environmental issues comes mostly from observing the accelerated industrialization process and its difficulty in reconciling economic activity and preserving the environment. One of the most important instruments created to help minimize this conflict is called Environmental Licensing, which aims to monitor activities and projects that use natural resources and that may cause environmental degradation or pollution. In the State of Minas Gerais (MG) the Normative Deliberation (DN) of the Environmental Policy Council (COPAM) 213 of February 22, 2017, was published by the state government. It allows municipalities to carry out the environmental licensing of some projects and economic activities with a local environmental impact. The research aimed to investigate the knowledge related to municipal environmental licensing based on national data and information, scientific articles, master's dissertations, doctoral theses, local and state legislations on municipal environmental licensing, all of which legitimize this environmental management instrument together with the municipalities. Licensing, monitoring, and supervising different types of projects and activities defined in the aforementioned DN requires a lot of responsibility and training of the ones involved. Using a descriptive study, based on combined bibliographic and field research with a qualitative approach of comparative, exploratory, non-experimental nature, the work focused on investigating the practice adopted by the town of Limeira do Oeste - MG, regarding municipalized environmental licensing, aiming to analyze the environmental, social and economic benefits of the municipalization of environmental licensing. There were environmental, social, and economic benefits of the municipalization of environmental licensing in Limeira do Oeste - MG. The environmental benefits being the proximity to the environmental impact factor and inspections, the social benefits being the participation of civil society in the environmental council, and the economic benefits being the increase of collection of fees for licensing processes and environmental interventions.Item Análise dos impactos ambientais frente à ausência do gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos nos municípios da microrregião de Frutal - MG(Universidade Brasil, 2020) Souza, Nanci do Nascimento; Lima, Leonice Domingos dos Santos CintraThe present study was carried out in eleven municipalities that make up the Triângulo Mineiro, administratively linked to the micro-region of Frutal/MG, in southeastern Brazil. In order to assess the relationship between the incidence of Chikungunya, Dengue and Zika diseases with the inadequate final destination of solid waste and the existence of a Municipal Waste Management Plan. The analysis was carried out using official data from the municipalities in the period from 2017 to 2019. As a methodological reference, the theoretical and philosophical guidelines of historical dialectical materialism are taken with a descriptive cross-sectional, quantitative and qualitative analytical method. The hypothesis is that the absence of the GRS causes harm to residents because it generates environmental, socio-economic and health problems resulting from the improper disposal of solid waste. The synoptic diagnosis was reproduced through research of the legislation added to the collection of laws and decrees. Thus, it was possible to appreciate the disclosure of official results, the history, the evolution and the current situation of the GRS in Brazil in order to collect concrete information despite the implementation of the environmental policy in the selected municipalities, assuming that the absence of this legal provision directly impacts the lives of the population. In the end, it is concluded that in fact Brazil has undergone an accelerated growth process where most municipalities do not implement environmental laws. The research showed deficiencies in the solid waste sector more latently in ten of the municipalities analyzed, which affects the quality of life and health of the population and generates irreparable impacts on the environment.Item Análise dos impactos urbanístico e mobilidade urbana no município de Suzano, decorrentes do rodoanel Mário Covas = analysis of urban impact and mobility in the municipality of suzano due to mário covas beltway implementation(Universidade Brasil, 2019) Souza, Renilson Dias de; Tagliaferro, Evandro Roberto TagliaferroItem Análise dos microrganismos patogênicos e da atividade do ozônio na descontaminação do efluente hospitalar da cidade de Uberlândia-MG = analysis of the pathogenic microorganisms and ozone activity in the decontamination of the hospital effluent of the city of Uberlândia-MG(Universidade Brasil, 2016) Oliveira, Martha Naves de; Kozusny-Andreani, Dora InêsItem Análise econômica de sistemas de produção agrosilvipastoril em área de reserva legal = economic analysis of agrosilvipastoril production systems in legal reserve area(Universidade Brasil, 2016) Gomes, Antônio Marcos; Andreani Júnior, RobertoItem Análise sobre as práticas docentes de educação ambiental nas escolas públicas estaduais da região do Taboão em Guarulhos/SP.(Universidade Brasil, 2017) Tomazini, Alex Sandro; Lima, Leonice Domingos dos Santos CintraItem Aplicação de Nitrospirillum amazonense em cana planta via adubação biológica MICROGEO®(Universidade Brasil, 2022) Bonassi, Rita de Cássia; Vazquez, Gisele Herbst; Navarrete, Acacio AparecidoItem Aplicação de Nitrospirillum amazonense em cana-planta via adubação biológica Microgeo®(Universidade Brasil, 2021) Bonassi, Rita de Cassia; Vazquez, Gisele Herbst; Navarrete, Acacio AparecidoThe effects of biological fertilizer prepared using Microgeo® (Microgeo® technology) and N. amazonense strain application were evaluated on sugarcane plant based on the following treatments established in a greenhouse entirely randomized experiment: i) biological fertilizer prepared with Microgeo® plus N. amazonense; ii) biological fertilizer prepared with Microgeo® without N. amazonense; iii) inoculation of N. amazonense; iv) mineral fertilizer. The biological fertilizer was applied in the planting furrow (200 Lha-1 ) and in the post-emergence phase (100 Lha-1). Two doses (100 and 200 mLha-1) of N. amazonense (2×108 viable cells mL-1 ) were quantified in each treatment containing this bacterium. The following parameters were evaluated. Number of tillers, plant height, stem diameter, number of stems, leaf length +3, leaf width +3, number of green leaves, leaf area, green leaf mass, dry leaf mass. Immediately after carrying out the biometric measurements, soil and leaf samples were taken for chemical analysis. There was an increase in the sulfur content of the sugarcane leaves that grew in the pots that received N. amazonense (100 mLha-1) combined with biological fertilizer. An increase in leaf width +3 and number of green leaves was observed in the treatment with Microgeo® technology and N. amazonense, demonstrating a positive effect of this combination even considering only the partial cycle of the culture.Item Aplicação do termo de ajuste de conduta na reparação do dano ambiental(Universidade Brasil, 2020) Araujo, Alessandro; Andreani Junior, RobertoGiven the contemporary constitutional provision, which reinforced the need to maintain the environment, and requiring the legal alternative possibilities in relation to the protection and resolution of conflicts provided for in our legal system, it is possible to use the term of adjustment of conduct as a quick way of repairing environmental damage. With the emergence of the development process being increasingly broad to meet human needs, the term of commitment to adjust conduct emerges as an alternative for the preservation of the common good. The relevance lies in understanding the commitment to adjustment of conduct as an instrument in the resolution of conflicts for a more effective protection and reflection, on environmental issues. The issue of non-compliance has been addressed in the event that the obligations are not effectively completed when formulating and approving. The objective of the work was to identify the uses of the adjustment term in case of environmental damage in order to use the judiciary less effectively. The methodology occurred through descriptive and exploratory bibliographic research, where we sought identification through jurisprudence and analysis of terms of conduct adjustment formulated by the most diverse federative entities of the State. Subsequently, we sought the explanation of related and incorporated concepts for the formulation and identification of environmental damage and necessary to make up the term of conduct adjustment, with mention of environmental principles and the issue of education. An explanation was made about the term of adjustment in its concepts, elements, legitimacy with judgments and civil liability, according to the interpretation of several indoctrinators. Finally, it is concluded that the conduct adjustment term is a widely used usable mechanism, in matters of repair of environmental damage, under the issues of education and punishment.Item Aproveitamento de resíduos da construção civil em reparos de estradas rurais em Jales/SP.(Universidade Brasil, 2017) Rodrigues, Rivelino; Frias, Danila Fernanda Rodrigues
