Resumo
The effects of biological fertilizer prepared using Microgeo® (Microgeo® technology) and N. amazonense strain application were evaluated on sugarcane plant based on the following treatments established in a greenhouse entirely randomized experiment: i) biological fertilizer prepared with Microgeo® plus N. amazonense; ii) biological fertilizer prepared with Microgeo® without N. amazonense; iii) inoculation of N. amazonense; iv) mineral fertilizer. The biological fertilizer was applied in the planting furrow (200 Lha-1 ) and in the post-emergence phase (100 Lha-1). Two doses (100 and 200 mLha-1) of N. amazonense (2×108 viable cells mL-1 ) were quantified in each treatment containing this bacterium. The following parameters were evaluated. Number of tillers, plant height, stem diameter, number of stems, leaf length +3, leaf width +3, number of green leaves, leaf area, green leaf mass, dry leaf mass. Immediately after carrying out the biometric measurements, soil and leaf samples were taken for chemical analysis. There was an increase in the sulfur content of the sugarcane leaves that grew in the pots that received N. amazonense (100 mLha-1) combined with biological fertilizer. An increase in leaf width +3 and number of green leaves was observed in the treatment with Microgeo® technology and N. amazonense, demonstrating a positive effect of this combination even considering only the partial cycle of the culture.
