Environmental education is shown as an alternative to alleviate this harmful situation, especially if developed through attractive and playful languages for students, such as comic books. The present dissertation - derived from qualitative and bibliographic research - aims to provide Elementary School 1 teachers with a method of teaching and learning critical environmental education based on the teacher's self-application of a standard questionnaire that enables him to critically approach environmental-themed comics with students in a more politicized and less naive way.Item Avaliação dos impactos ambientais causados pela construção da Br-242/TO(Universidade Brasil, 2021) Ribeiro, Ana Paula Lustosa; Mansano, Cleber Fernando MenegassoThe environment is not just important for the economy or for social well-being, it is an essential good for human life. The environmental impacts resulting from anthropic actions are directly responsible for the spread of cities, with their social, economic and political interconnections. Socioeconomic growth gives rise to the demand for road construction, which makes it possible to transport goods and people. The theme of environmental impacts generated by the construction and/or implementation of highways in Brazil is extensive and studied, both internally and externally, and generates an improvement, both in science and in the behavior of actors, by seeking to minimize these impacts. This work aims to demonstrate and analyze the results of environmental reports from the following programs: a) Vegetation Suppression and Flora Rescue; b) Wild Fauna Scaring and Rescue; c) Execution of the Monitoring Program for Water Bodies produced between 2016 and 2019 and carried out within the scope of the execution of environmental management services for the construction and paving works of the BR-242/TO highway. In the methodological path, we will use the reports produced that accompanied the activities developed in the field, regarding the suppression of vegetation and rescue of flora, driving away and saving wild fauna and the monitoring of water bodies, during the paving of the BR-242, in the State of Tocantins. The analysis of these materials will allow us to observe how these processes of environmental mitigation took place, assuming that every landscape that receives roads is associated with the occurrence of negative impacts on biotic integrity, both in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. Concluding the importance of environmental management in the implementation of the BR-242/TO Highway is explained in this study, when we demonstrate the implementation of environmental programs to minimize negative impacts and maximize positive impacts on the environment. The set of these reports made it possible that, before, during and after the work, significant environmental impacts to the environment of Tocantins were reduced, resulting in environmental sustainability in the work process and gains for the environment and the community in which the BR-242/TO was built.Item Impactos socioeconômicos, culturais e ambientais na percepção de moradores e turistas em Ubatuba-SP = socioeconomic, cultural and environmental impacts on the perception of residents and tourists in Ubatuba-SP(Universidade Brasil, 2016) Oliveira, Rogério Estevenel de; Vazquez, Gisele HerbstItem Inovações do Código Florestal de 2012: conflito nas áreas de preservação permanente do reservatório da usina hidroelétrica de Ilha Solteira = innovations of the 2012 Forest Code: conflict in areas of permanent preservation of the reservoir of the hydroelectric power plant of Ilha Solteira(Universidade Brasil, 2016) Guena, Rodrigo Soncini de Oliveira; Vanzela, Luiz SérgioItem Responsabilidade civil ambiental do gestor público = environmental civil responsibility of the public manager(Universidade Brasil, 2016) Miranda, Mário César Martins de; Andreani Junior, RobertoItem Estudo comparativo das certificações ambientais Leed, Aqua-Hqe e Casa Azul Caixa: contribuições para a construção civil(Universidade Brasil, 2021) Lara, Ana Paula Mori Capuano; Vazquez, Gisele HerbstItem Educação ambiental em Macapá - AP: análise da realidade e propostas para ações inovadoras(Universidade Brasil, 2021) Cirilo, Delma Maria Correia; Aguiar, Denise Regina CostaThe importance of sensitizing people to act responsibly and consciously with the environment preserving, becomes a challenging motive in our contemporary society. Environmental Education (EE) is a process through which the subject and society collectively build social values, knowledge, skills, and attitudes aimed at environmental conservation, healthy quality of life and its sustainability. In the educational aspect, EE is an essential element and must be worked on both formally and non-formally. EE is an urgent decision on the local and global scene, it can be said a choice of life or for life, the continuity of life on the planet, for this, a healthy and harmonious relationship with the environment is necessary and EE should encourage protection, parity, and respect for the rights of all species, guaranteed by law, still relying on democratic strategies and mutual actions between subjects, living beings in general and cultural diversities. The objective of research was to investigate SEMED’s planning and guidelines for Environmental Education actions and how they are implemented in Elementary Schools I in Macapá – AP. The central question was defined as the research problem: what are SEMED’s planning and guidelines for EE actions and to what extent are they implemented in Elementary Schools in Macapá – Amapá? It is a qualitative approach with the development of an exploratory study, literature review and data search in official SEMED documents. The work presents important contributions on EE and research in courses on the subject, as well as reveals subsidies for the efficient use of public resources for the implementation of sectorial public policies in the intersection of the environmental area in the scope of education.Item Análise dos benefícios do licenciamento ambiental municipal em Limeira do Oeste – MG(Universidade Brasil, 2021) Lorena, Rodrigo Barbosa; Tagliaferro, Evandro RobertoThe growing concern with environmental issues comes mostly from observing the accelerated industrialization process and its difficulty in reconciling economic activity and preserving the environment. One of the most important instruments created to help minimize this conflict is called Environmental Licensing, which aims to monitor activities and projects that use natural resources and that may cause environmental degradation or pollution. In the State of Minas Gerais (MG) the Normative Deliberation (DN) of the Environmental Policy Council (COPAM) 213 of February 22, 2017, was published by the state government. It allows municipalities to carry out the environmental licensing of some projects and economic activities with a local environmental impact. The research aimed to investigate the knowledge related to municipal environmental licensing based on national data and information, scientific articles, master's dissertations, doctoral theses, local and state legislations on municipal environmental licensing, all of which legitimize this environmental management instrument together with the municipalities. Licensing, monitoring, and supervising different types of projects and activities defined in the aforementioned DN requires a lot of responsibility and training of the ones involved. Using a descriptive study, based on combined bibliographic and field research with a qualitative approach of comparative, exploratory, non-experimental nature, the work focused on investigating the practice adopted by the town of Limeira do Oeste - MG, regarding municipalized environmental licensing, aiming to analyze the environmental, social and economic benefits of the municipalization of environmental licensing. There were environmental, social, and economic benefits of the municipalization of environmental licensing in Limeira do Oeste - MG. The environmental benefits being the proximity to the environmental impact factor and inspections, the social benefits being the participation of civil society in the environmental council, and the economic benefits being the increase of collection of fees for licensing processes and environmental interventions.
