    Educação ambiental crítica: proposta de um método de ensino e aprendizagem pelas histórias em quadrinhos

    Human beings interact with the environment, sometimes putting it at risk. Environmental education is shown as an alternative to alleviate this harmful situation, especially if developed through attractive and playful languages for students, such as comic books. The present dissertation - derived from qualitative and bibliographic research - aims to provide Elementary School 1 teachers with a method of teaching and learning critical environmental education based on the teacher's self-application of a standard questionnaire that enables him to critically approach environmental-themed comics with students in a more politicized and less naive way.

    Educação ambiental em Macapá - AP: análise da realidade e propostas para ações inovadoras

    The importance of sensitizing people to act responsibly and consciously with the environment preserving, becomes a challenging motive in our contemporary society. Environmental Education (EE) is a process through which the subject and society collectively build social values, knowledge, skills, and attitudes aimed at environmental conservation, healthy quality of life and its sustainability. In the educational aspect, EE is an essential element and must be worked on both formally and non-formally. EE is an urgent decision on the local and global scene, it can be said a choice of life or for life, the continuity of life on the planet, for this, a healthy and harmonious relationship with the environment is necessary and EE should encourage protection, parity, and respect for the rights of all species, guaranteed by law, still relying on democratic strategies and mutual actions between subjects, living beings in general and cultural diversities. The objective of research was to investigate SEMED’s planning and guidelines for Environmental Education actions and how they are implemented in Elementary Schools I in Macapá – AP. The central question was defined as the research problem: what are SEMED’s planning and guidelines for EE actions and to what extent are they implemented in Elementary Schools in Macapá – Amapá? It is a qualitative approach with the development of an exploratory study, literature review and data search in official SEMED documents. The work presents important contributions on EE and research in courses on the subject, as well as reveals subsidies for the efficient use of public resources for the implementation of sectorial public policies in the intersection of the environmental area in the scope of education.

    A prática do stand-up paddle nas aulas de educação física: uma estratégia para educação ambiental

    The search for the practice of adventure sports has gained popularity among young people and the general population, having seen the insertion of adventure mode in the Olympic games. Stand up Paddle is a practical modality with a board and a paddle, it can be performed in the sea, pools, ponds, rivers, and reservoirs. The objective of the study was to investigate the practice of StandUp Paddle in Physical Education classes as a strategy to raise the awareness of educators and students about the importance of preserving the environment. The research was developed through a qualitative approach, with bibliographic review on the theme in books, articles, dissertations, and theses. The final product was the construction of a Pedagogical Didactic Manual. It can be evidenced that the pedagogical didactic manual is an alternative to stimulate educators to have a greater interest on the environmental theme, motivation to elaborate other projects and other experiences and with that it allows all the participants to raise awareness about the importance of environmental preservation for the current and future generations. The work with Environmental Education is a proposal that needs to take root in the teaching systems, state and / or municipal, as a valuable curricular practice, during a critical and humanizing perspective, with the horizon of building a less unequal society, fairer and more sustainable.
