Item Desenvolvimento de sistema de monitoramento animal para o “zoológico do centro de instrução de guerra na selva” do Exército Brasileiro (Sismozex)(Universidade Brasil, 2023) Moreira, Roseneide de Oliveira; Bertipaglia, Liandra Maria Abaker; Pereira, Luiz Arthur MaltaThe activities of the veterinarians and biologists at the zoo are varied, and one of them is documentation, which is currently done manually and filed in specific archives alongside the zoo's general documents. The software represents a tool designed to enhance the efficiency, agility, and productivity of the veterinarians who will now digitally manage the medical records of the animals at the "Zoo of the Jungle Warfare Instruction Center" (ZOOCIGS). The objective of this work was to develop software for managing the individual and clinical information of the animals at ZOOCIGS. The software was named "Sistema de Monitoramento para o Zoológico do Centro de Instrução de Guerra na Selva, do Exército Brasileiro (SISMOZEx)" and is restricted to ZOOCIGS. This allows for the secure registration and recording of the daily care routines, as well as the protocols carried out with each captive animal. In this way, we can ensure that the veterinarians involved in the activity care for the animals in a safe and appropriate manner. It was concluded that managing information on the animal's review and the clinical care provided using software is safe, agile, and guarantees the efficiency of the care provided to the zoo's animals. This system enhances the agility of including information on the animals' daily routine, providing valuable data on identification, anamnesis, the animals' clinical history, medication records, and veterinary medical prescriptions.Item Plataforma on-line para gestão da fiscalização de sementes forrageiras no estado de Rondônia(Universidade Brasil, 2024) Alves, Marcos Ferreira; Brennecke, Käthery; Pereira, Luiz Arthur MaltaAround 27.7% of all beef exported globally in 2022 was produced in Brazil. This relevance of Brazil in the world beef market is mainly due to the vastness of its pastures, which allow the majority of its herd to be raised on pasture. However, Brazil could further increase its share of the global livestock market by recovering its degraded pasture areas using quality forage seeds. In the State of Rondônia, as well as throughout Brazil, the demand for pasture seeds is enormous and most of the seeds sold do not meet the minimum quality standards. In an attempt to improve the quality of the State's seeds, the Agrosilvopastoral Health Defense Agency of the State of Rondônia (IDARON) inspects and collects official samples to check product compliance. The inspection and collection terms that must be issued in these inspections are filled out manually, and samples are often made unviable due to material errors made when drawing up the documents. In this context, with the aim of minimizing errors, speeding up registrations and document consultations, this work proposes to develop an online platform to record these inspections and facilitate the issuance of tax documents using the PHP programming language (“ Personal Home Page”), associated with HTML, Java Script and CSS. Through the platform, it is possible to issue inspection and sample collection terms, centralizing tax records in a single digital file, and consult previously issued documents, facilitating the audit of activities. To validate the platform’s functionalities, a test known as “black box testing” was used. After testing all the application's functionalities, its efficiency was confirmed, enabling the registration of samples and the issuance of related documents quickly. The platform can be accessed through the electronic address from any device with internet access, be it a desktop, notebook, tablet or smartphone.Item Implantação de plataforma informatizada para gerenciamento da inspeção e análise laboratorial de produtos de origem animal do exército brasileiro(Universidade Brasil, 2022) Nunes, Christiany de Oliveira; Zeferino, Cynthia Pieri; Pereira, Luiz Arthur MaltaThe Brazilian Army's Food Inspection and Bromatology Laboratories (LIAB) conduct the quality control of all foodstuffs purchased. These laboratories are found in 18 units distributed in Brazil and are headed by veterinarians. Currently, there is a great demand for inspection and analysis of food items, especially those of animal origin, by the Brazilian Army's Food Inspection and Bromatology Laboratories (LIAB). However, there is no software or application available that facilitates the professionals' work in relation to the more efficient management of this considerable volume of produced data. The work proposed the construction of a low-cost software that allows, in a simple, fast and practical way, the access, control and preservation of all data related to the inspection and laboratory analysis of articles of animal origin, with the purpose of improve LIAB's quality control. All the programming developed was stored on an outsourced web server and can be accessed by software (tablets, desktops and notebooks) and application (smartphone), through the link: . The free and easily accessible platform was effectively built. The production of the product represents an unprecedented tool, to, in this way, assist the laboratory routine of veterinary medical officers, in order to improve the quality control of food purchased for consumption by the OM of the 12th Military Region supplied by the 12th B Sup, in particular, from the Brazilian Army's Laboratory of Food Inspection and Bromatology.
