Abstract

The persistence of deciduous teeth is common in small brachycephalic breed dogs, this condition can cause oral changes and behavioral, requiring the extraction of these teeth. When the animal has persistent deciduous teeth, the permanent teeth are either included or eruption occurred erroneously. This case report will describe the persistence of deciduous teeth in Young ShihTzu.
