Bovine cysticercosis is another major zoonosis found in slaughterhouses , both because of its importance for public health and by its prevalence , determining economic losses, resulting in affected animals convictions, according to RIIPOA (Art.176) cysticercosis ("Cysticercus bovis”) - the carcasses will be sentenced with heavy infestations by "Cysticercus bovis" or when meat is watery or discolored.

L. monocytogenes is a high risk of pathogen public health , which can be found in food, by direct or indirect contamination. May lead individuals to acute meningitis , septicemia and abortion , and the risk group of chronic diseases , pregnant women and the elderly. And ensure the overall quality of food to consumers is a challenge and an impossibility at the same time . A challenge by trying to seek ethical criteria and set standards that meet adequate hygienic- sanitary standards that food production.
