    O impacto socioambiental do cultivo de cana-de-açúcar e desafios das políticas de saúde e assistência social no município de Mirandópolis - SP

    The increasing in the number of sugar cane and ethanol's Mills in Brazil for the past years, caused changes in political, social and economic cenário of some small cities in Sao Paulo's state. The research ainda to know and analyse the socio-enviromental impacts and the cultivation of sugar cane in Mirandópolis/SP. The attendance of health and social assistance considering the comparative interpretation from population. It's a quanti-qualitative research, Wich application occurred after the construction, review and research that use semi-structured interview. The results shows that the municipal menagement planning is fundamental to the guarantee of social assistance rights and the promotion of social inclusion in the city, also of the number of people that increase inordinately, it shows that emergencial attendence and assistencial ones compromise the government and does not promote not legitimate the population power, reproducing poor models.
